Ὁ Κύριος ἐβασίλευσεν,
εὐπρέπειαν ἐνεδύσατο, ἐνεδύσατο
Κύριος δύναμιν καί
περιεζώσατο. Καί γάρ ἐστερέωσε τήν οἰκουμένην, ἥτις οὐ σαλευθήσεται.
2 Τίς λαλήσει τάς δυναστείας τοῦ Κυρίου, ἀκουστάς
ποιήσει πάσας τάς αἰνέσεις Αὐτοῦ;
3 Εἰπάτωσαν οἱ λελυτρωμένοι ὑπό Κυρίου, οὕς ἐλυτρώσατο
ἐκ χειρός ἐχθροῦ.
Ταῖς πρεσβείαις τῆς Θεοτόκου, Σῶτερ,
σῶσον ἡμᾶς.
Ἀντίφωνον β´ – Ἦχος ὁ αὐτός
1 Ἐξομολογησάσθωσαν τά ἐλέη Αὐτοῦ καί τά θαυμάσια Αὐτοῦ
τοῖς υἱοῖς τῶν ἀνθρώπων.
2 Ὑψωσάτωσαν Αὐτόν ἐν ἐκκλησίᾳ λαοῦ καί ἐν καθέδρᾳ
πρεσβυτέρων.
3 Ὀφθαλμοί Κυρίου ἐπί τούς ἐλπίζοντας ἐπί τό ἔλεος
Αὐτοῦ. Τοῦ ἀκοῦσαι τοῦ στεναγμοῦ τῶν
πεπεδημένων, τοῦ λῦσαι τούς υἱούς τῶν τεθανατωμένων.
Σῶσον ἡμᾶς, Υἱὲ Θεοῦ, ὁ ἀναστὰς ἐκ
νεκρῶν, ψάλλοντάς σοι· Ἀλληλούϊα.
Δόξα... Καὶ νῦν... Ὁ Μονογενὴς Υἱός...

1 Αἰνεσάτωσαν Αὐτόν οἱ οὐρανοί καί ἡ γῆ.
2 Αὕτη ἡ ἡμέρα Κυρίου, ἀγαλλιασώμεθα καί εὐφρανθῶμεν ἐν
αὐτῇ.
3 Κύριε, ὁ Θεός μου, εἰς τόν αἰῶνα ἐξομολογήσομαί Σοι.
Ἀπολυτίκιον – Ἦχος β'
Τὴν ἄχραντον Εἰκόνα σου προσκυνοῦμεν Ἀγαθέ, αἰτούμενοι συγχώρησιν τῶν
πταισμάτων ἡμῶν, Χριστὲ ὁ Θεός, βουλήσει γὰρ ηὐδόκησας σαρκὶ ἀνελθεῖν ἐν τῷ
Σταυρῷ, ἵνα ῥύσῃ οὓς ἔπλασας ἐκ τῆς δουλείας τοῦ ἐχθροῦ, ὅθεν εὐχαρίστως
βοῶμέν σοι· Χαρᾶς
ἐπλήρωσας τὰ πάντα, ὁ Σωτὴρ ἡμῶν, παραγενόμενος εἰς τὸ σῶσαι τὸν κόσμον.
Εἰσοδικόν – Ἦχος β´
Δεῦτε προσκυνήσωμεν καὶ προσπέσωμεν Χριστῷ. Σῶσον ἡμᾶς,
Υἱὲ Θεοῦ, ὁ ἀναστὰς ἐκ νεκρῶν, ψάλλοντάς σοι· Ἀλληλούϊα.
Ἀπολυτίκιον – Ἦχος α'
Τοῦ λίθου σφραγισθέντος ὑπὸ τῶν Ἰουδαίων, καὶ στρατιωτῶν φυλασσόντων τὸ ἄχραντόν σου Σῶμα, ἀνέστης τριήμερος Σωτήρ, δωρούμενος τῷ κόσμῳ τὴν ζωήν, διὰ τοῦτο αἱ Δυνάμεις τῶν οὐρανῶν ἐβόων σοι ζωοδότα. Δόξα τῇ Ἀναστάσει σου Χριστέ, δόξα τῇ βασιλεία σου, δόξα τῇ οἰκονομία σου, μόνε φιλάνθρωπε.

οἰκουμένην σαγηνεύσας, φιλάνθρωπε, δόξα σοι.

Κανόνα πίστεως καὶ εἰκόνα πραότητος, ἐγκρατείας
Διδάσκαλον, ἀνέδειξέ σε τῇ ποίμνῃ σου, ἡ τῶν πραγμάτων ἀλήθεια· διὰ τοῦτο
ἐκτήσω τῇ ταπεινώσει τὰ ὑψηλά, τῇ πτωχείᾳ τὰ πλούσια, Πάτερ Ἱεράρχα Νικόλαε·
πρέσβευε Χριστῷ τῷ Θεῷ, σωθῆναι τὰς ψυχὰς ἡμῶν.

Τῇ ὑπερμάχῳ στρατηγῷ τὰ νικητήρια, ὡς λυτρωθεῖσα τῶν δεινῶν, εὐχαριστήρια, ἀναγράφω σοι ἡ Πόλις σου, Θεοτόκε· ἀλλ' ὡς ἔχουσα τὸ κράτος ἀπροσμάχητον, ἐκ παντοίων με κινδύνων ἐλευθέρωσον ἵνα κράζω σοι· Χαῖρε, Νύμφη ἀνύμφευτε.

σoὶ χαίρει, Κεχαριτωμένη, πᾶσα ἡ κτίσις. Ἀγγέλων τὸ σύστημα καὶ ἀνθρώπων τὸ
γένος, ἡγιασμένε ναὲ καὶ παράδεισε λογικέ, παρθενικὸν καύχημα, ἐξ ἧς Θεός
ἐσαρκώθη καὶ παιδίον γέγονεν, ὁ πρὸ αἰώνων ὑπάρχων Θεὸς ἡμῶν· τὴν γὰρ σὴν μήτραν θρόνον ἐποίησε, καὶ τὴν σὴν

Saint Artemon, Bishop of
Seleucia, was born and lived in Pisidian Seleucia (Asia Minor). He was pious
and virtuous, wherefore the holy Apostle Paul established him as first bishop
of this city. Artemon wisely nourished the flock entrusted to him and won
glory as a comforter of the poor and oppressed. He died in extreme old age.
The hieromartyr
Parthenios III,
Patriarch of Constantinople, guided the Church in the years 1656-1657.

He
was accused of state treason and was tortured for his refusal to accept
Islam. The saint died on Lazarus Saturday in 1657. Prologue from Ochrid; Translated by Fr S. Janos
Born
in Mytilene, Parthenios first served as Metropolitan of Chios. The slander against him originated among
the Tatars in Kazakhstan, but the Vizier who interrogated him was not
convinced of his guilt. Yet, not
